I’ve worked with folks from all walks of life with all sorts of digestive symptoms, but there’s one kind of person that I seem to jive with the most. That’s the “seasoned veteran” of belly troubles.

These are the kind, hardworking folks who’ve dealt with digestive issues for years (maybe even all their lives). They’ve tried the full gamut of tests, diets, medications, and supplements, but they still don’t feel like themselves. Their belly is a barometer for when things go awry, and symptoms often flare up with stress or when they’ve pushed themselves too hard. But despite all they’ve been through, they still keep on truckin’ and are willing to do whatever it takes to heal and grow.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, and you’re not willing to devote time and energy to your own self-care, I’m probably not the best fit for you—at least not right now.

Also, if there’s a chance you have uninvited “guests” such as bacteria, viruses, or parasites, or severe functional issues, I may recommend a specialist to work alongside or instead of my support.

I’m eternally grateful for all of the healthcare practitioners who’ve helped me over the years. I literally wouldn’t be here without a few of them. At the same time, I had to be willing to devote time, energy, and attention to my own self-care in order to heal. I believe the same is true for you.

I can give you tools to help you feel better, but you’re the one who’s doing the real work. I’m just here to help you sort through the noise and reconnect with the part of you that knows exactly what you need to be healthy and happy.
