Calm your Nerves with this SIMPLE Qi Gong Exercise

Sometimes less is more, especially when you’re anxious or overwhelmed.

That’s why I’d like to show you this SIMPLE calming, grounding Qi Gong exercise, which I learned from my dear friend and Chinese medicine teacher, Boonchai.

If you’re feeling anxious or unsettled for ANY reason (or a bunch of them), this video is a must-watch.

It’s that simple.
